How Flowers Gold Coast Reminder Service Works
It's pretty simple!
- Add your dates. Birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, whatever matters. Add as many as you like.
- We email you before each one. Pick how much notice you want: a week, two weeks, or three. Most people go with two.
- Order flowers, or don't. Totally up to you. The reminder is the service, the flowers are optional.
- New occassion worth remembering? Great - we can add that too - just login to your account, and we'll send that reminder.

Is it really free?
Yes, genuinely. Setting up reminders costs nothing, and you're never obligated to order. We built this because we know how easy it is to forget the important stuff.
How much notice will you give me?
Entirely up to you! We offer reminders at 7, 14, or 21 days before the date. Two weeks is the sweet spot for most people because it's enough time to think about it without being so early you forget again.
Do birthdays repeat every year?
Yep. Add a birthday once and you'll get a reminder every year without lifting a finger. Same for anniversaries and any other recurring date.
Can I change my reminders later?
Log in to your Flowers Gold Coast account and you can add, edit, or delete anything on your list.
Do I need an account to start?
Nope. Add your first dates on this page without logging in. If you want to edit them later, you'll need to log in with the same email address, which takes about ten seconds thanks to our passwordless login.
Will I get a discount code with my reminders?
Sometimes. We occasionally slip a small thank you into reminder emails for people who've set up the service. When we do, the code has a minimum spend and only works around the actual date of your reminder, not straight away.
Where do you deliver?
Gold Coast, Brisbane, Logan, and Northern NSW. Same day delivery on the Gold Coast up to 3pm every day of the week, and Brisbane weekdays up to 11am. Full details on our delivery page.
What if I want out?
Log in, delete your reminders, done. No follow-up emails, no fuss.
Is my info safe?
Yes. Your dates sit against your customer account and are only used for the reminders you've asked for. Nothing gets shared or sold. We don't store any credit card information.
