Tulips are by far one of the more popular Flowers globally, part of the Lily Family, this spring blooming flower has been cultivated since the year 1050 AD!

Chamomile is a little bit of a wonder Fleur, we dive in to some of it's really interesting healing properties as both a remedy as well as splash of lovely colour to your Bouquets!

This month we decided to highlight a regular feature in Flowers Gold Coast Bouquets. Snapdragon Flowers are a gorgeous addition to any bouquet, adding a wild variety of colour but allows height to be added to your bouquet making it both grande sized and vibrant in colour! Snapdragons have a cool feature that doesn't make an appearance in our bouquets, but is a handy thing to know!

Banksia's are a pretty important flower used in a bunch of our Dried Flower Arrangements at Flowers Gold Coast. As a Florist, Banksias are a great accompaniment in a bouquet, able to act as their own standalone feature piece or in combination with some gorgeous Flowers and Foliage. 

If you live on the Gold Coast, we know you're a big fan of Native Flowers, and there are some amazing Native's that are used all the time, including Proteas, but you'll be surprised to find out where Proteas are actually from (and it's not Australia)!

Flowers Gold Coast delves into all things Proteas and how they've been used for thousands of years up until today where we use them in a number of our arrangements!
