Shipping policy

We are happy to offer personal delivery of your purchase to the listed delivery address!

Currently we are only able to ship to select postcodes shown on our Delivery location's page, delivery is determined by your postcode. We provide a pick up service upon request to our Ashmore premises. If you are wanting to deliver outside of the selected postcodes, please feel free to send us a message, or give us a call!

If the delivery address is not accessible or dangerous for us to access, we reserve the right to not fulfil the delivery. We will attempt to contact the recipient or the buyer for a suitable secondary drop off location. A further delivery fee may be incurred.

If the recipient of your purchase is not home, or not answering, we will attempt to make contact with them, or yourself with the provided contact information. We will follow delivery instructions where safe to do so, and if we are unable to make contact we will leave the purchase in a safe place.

Shipping times, please list your preferred delivery date when placing your order, if a shipping date is not able to be met we will reach out, please order ahead of time as much as possible to ensure we can produce and deliver your purchase with the care and attention it deserves!
