However, some shoppers felt the $20 delivery fee was "ridiculous" given the $162 price, and one delivery went to the wrong address initially.

I'd like to thank you for the review, and we know delivery can be expensive, but we are VERY upfront about it on our website, by design, we include the price separately to help you identify where the cost of your flowers are going, and your delivery, whereas other companies will INLCUDE it in the price of your bouquet, meaning in reality, you get less flowers.
Hope Island is about 25 minutes in good traffic to our Studio, so if you imagine you're being paid for one delivery, you need to travel to the property 25 minutes away, that is effectively half an hour, so you have wages, plus fuel and running costs! We're a local business, not Amazon that is able to give away deliveries for Free, which overall means their staff aren't paid the best wages unfortunately.
While we'd love for it to always be cheaper and affordable, we believe in ensuring our drivers have a fair wage.
We hope this additional information has helped, as we certainly don't want you to feel ripped off, delivery fees are a necessity for Same Day - Direct Delivery that are sent via specific couriers that handle flowers, not just loads of boxes!

The website was clear and easy to orientate through, the products were of superior quality with a broad variety to choose from. The gifts were delivered efficiently, on the day requested.
